I got a second floor room than looked between 2 trees and people strolling on the river walk could see in.ĥ) The room was small and mismatched, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were HORRIBLE! I booked online.Ĥ) I payed for an upgrade to 'riverview'. Normally you are encouraged to book directly with the hotel, I thought this was odd. I was told that only the retail price was what she could quote, it was 25.00 more to book through the hotel. We should have been made aware of this at check it.ģ) I called the hotel directly before reserving to see if they could match the online price. Nothing to do but gamble.Ģ) The hotel breakfast is 10.00/pp my husband thought it was included with our room, he didn't see the sign until after he served himself.
